Tech Mahindra Recognition and Rewards function

Tech Mahindra a leading IT Services Company from Pune held their reward and recognition (R&R) program for recognising and rewarding the contributions of individuals and teams working at their offices. PSPS team working at their various locations were top amoung them to get the recognitions of Spotlight (for on-the-spot recognition) and Star of the Month.
These awards are decided at both the circle and corporate level by various business units and circle RNR committees.

It was a great feeling for the PSPS team members working at Tech Mahindra to get this recognition and felt emotional after the award ceremony. PSPS always strives to provide career growth for their employees and this initiative proved it to our employees.
